We’ve
all had days when life just doesn’t seem to be going our way!
I’ve
had long seasons of life where I felt like nothing was working and everything
was out of order, and I’ve had frustrating days where I just can’t seem to get
anything accomplished.
In those
longer seasons i have experienced, for example of joblessness, financial stress and for others
includes sickness, marriage strain and other ongoing life events, the stress
and frustration can seem overwhelming.
The
following few things helped me and still applying them when I am in difficult
situations. I believe and pray that they will also help you in Jesus Name.
YOUR CHARACTER:
1Thessalonians 5:16-18 says,
“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in
Christ Jesus for you”.
You should
always make sure that your character is stronger than your situations. Choose
to keep a positive attitude and thankful heart regardless of what you are going
through.
YOUR
STRUGGLES ALWAYS LEAD TO STRENGTH.
Romans
8:28 says, “And we know that
in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have
been called according to his purpose.”
I
came to understand that, it does not matter how big or small your situation may
be but God will use it to increase more strength, faith and perseverance in you
if you allow Him! Every pain in you has a purpose to God.
GOD’S
TIMING IS ALWAYS PERFECT: Jeremiah
29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you
declares the Lord; plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you
hope and a future.” Just
remember, God’s plans are always different from your plans (Isaiah 55:8) but one
thing I am sure of is, His plans are always perfect! So be patient and wait on His timing instead
of forcing your own.
GOD WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU: Deuteronomy 31:6 “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or
terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with
you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” You are a child of God. Do not lose hope. God is with you
even in the midst of your difficult situation. From the moment you gave your
life to Jesus, you are a part of God’s family. He will be with you to the end
so don’t lose hope!
God bless you & remain blessed.
